*All Signature Yomassage ® sessions are led by a licensed Massage Therapist certified in Yomassage ®.

What is a Sound Bath?
Sound Baths are an immersive therapeutic experience where instruments such as rain sticks, crystal singing bowls, and gongs produce healing vibrations and frequencies. This practice promotes deep relaxation, activates the body's self-healing maechnisms, encourages the release of endorphins, and supports energy balance for overall well-being by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system.
Although you can book just a Sound Bath by itself, but when it's integrated with Yomassage, this amplifies the restorative experience, providing an even deeper sense of relaxation and rejuvenation!
A Sound Bath session is only $25!
What is Yomassage?
Yomassage is a wellness practice that combines restorative yoga poses, therapeutic touch through massage, and mindfulness techniques such as breath work and meditation.
Clothes participants are guided into comfortable, supported yoga postitions using bolsters, blankets, and other props. As you hold these gentle stretches for about 5-10 minutes, a trauma informed Licensed Massage Therapist massage various muscle groups that help release tension and increase relaxation while creating a safe healing space for anyone who walks into our facility.
A Yomassage Deluxe session is only $75 (FOR THE MONTH OF FEB, ALL YOMASSAGE SESSIONS ARE ONLY $65!)

**Doors will be locked 5 minutes prior to class start time. Please arrive about 10-15 minutes early. No refunds will be given for late arrivals.
**Booking at least 24-hours in advance is REQUIRED for a successful session for Yomassage ®/Sound Bath Sessions
**We require 24-hour notice for any cancellations to avoid missed appointment charge of 100%
