CANCELLATION POLICY
We do have a strict Cancellation Policy! If you are unable to make your appointment time, please let us know at least 24-hours in advance. Cancellations within the 24-hour window, are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled session. If we are able to re-book the appointment time from our Waiting List, there will be no charge. If we are unable to re-book the appointment time, you will be responsible for paying for the session.
A credit card is required to be on file in our system in order to book. If you are not comfortable putting a credit card on file, thats alright! We can help you prepay for your session!
